Queer Anthems: a workshop with Jules Cunningham
Saturday 15 June, 11am-1pm
Bethlem Gallery
Join dancer, choreographer and artist Jules Cunningham for a workshop of music and creativity.
Come to this workshop with your favourite anthem and we will create a playlist to listen to while we work. Inspired by the music, participants will design personal and collective artwork that represent and celebrate their identity. We will use the colours from queer flags as a starting point.
Everyone is welcome at this workshop exploring questions of gender and identity, and we especially invite members of the LGBTQ+ community. This is a safe and welcoming space for all.
