“As a very small child, I would be drawing most of the time. Then one day my great granddad let me use his camera. From then on, photography fascinated me.

I studied photography in secondary school, and then when on to study it at university. Although I did not finish university due to ill health, I continued to photograph when my health got better.

Now days, I use photography to explore fairy tale stories, leaning towards fantasy and mythical creatures. It is my escape, to create images that are in this world but could look as though they could be in another, more magical world.”
