Join this drawing workshop ‘It’s Me Not You’ with artist Julie Verhoeven and guest model, Mab George Sanders.

Taking inspiration from Bethlem Gallery’s exhibition Our Eyes Will Dance by Courtney, Julie will lead a drawing workshop exploring character and gesture through mark making.

Julie Verhoeven’s eclectic output is extensive across art,
fashion and moving image. Julie’s formal training was in fashion and she is primarily known for her fashion illustrations and fashion collaborations with Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Versace and most recently, Yours Truly by Peter Jensen. Julie has directed music videos for David Holmes, and Primal Scream and in 2023 published a book of collaborative works, ‘I want your meat and cheese, blood and pie’ with artist Alan Faulds.

Mab George Sanders is an installation and performance
artist whose illustration style runs through make up, fashion, performance and film to generate immersive environments with families of characters.
