OVERVIEW

Bethlem Gallery is seeking a proactive and efficient Administrator to support our busy and dynamic team. This varied role offers the opportunity to work closely with artists, colleagues, and partners, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the gallery. You’ll be highly organised, confident managing multiple tasks, and enjoy working collaboratively in a creative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a unique gallery supporting artistic practice within mental health contexts.

 

Administrator: Supporting office organisation and admin, art sales and gallery operations.

Reports to: Operations Manager, Bethlem Gallery

Direct reports: none

Location: Bethlem Gallery, Bethlem Royal Hospital, BR3 3BX.

Hours: 1 day per week ideally on Thursdays. Flexible hours (eg working 2 half-days) a possibility.

Salary: £28,000 (pro rata: this works out as £5,600 per annum for this role)

Contract type: Permanent
