Workshop: Lino Printing with Esther Maxwell-Orumbie
Saturday 25 November 2023
11am – 1pm
Join artist Esther Maxwell-Orumbie in a lino cutting and printing workshop to celebrate the opening of our annual Art Fair.
Artists will be guided through this traditional process of designing and carving a small lino block. The carved design is then printed onto fabric to produce a one-off print or repeated pattern.
Esther Maxwell-Orumbie is an artist who uses linocut printing, drawing and textiles to create her work. Participants will have the chance to hear about Esther’s art during the workshop.
