Textiles for Parents with Amber Roper

Tuesday 20 February 11am-1pm
or
Friday 1 March 11am-1pm

The Science Gallery, SE1 9GU

Bethlem Gallery is running two workshops where participants will use textiles to explore family mental health. We are looking for parents to take part in this important project.

The workshops will be led by Amber Roper of the Blühen Studio. Yasmin, a mental health researcher from King’s College London (KCL), will also be there to ask if you have any questions about family mental health that you’d like researchers at KCL to tackle.

The workshops will be the same in each session so you would only attend one session. Participants will be sent one £35 voucher per family after the event to thank them for their participation. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children at the workshops so please don’t bring them.

Places are limited so register your interest via this Google Form. The team will be in touch with all successful applicants.

Please note the location is The Science Gallery, SE1, and not at Bethlem Gallery itself.

If you have any questions about the project, please contact Michaela.Ross@bethlemgallery.org
