The exhibition and related programme of events examines those essential, but often invisible, support systems which enable us to survive and thrive in life. From gestures of support between clients and staff to the maintenance of spaces and relationships, the art on display celebrates the daily demonstrations of support across the hospital site and elsewhere.
Plan B[ethlem] showcases the range of artist-led research projects happening on and off site. The exhibition includes material from the Arts Council England-funded ‘Conversation Points’ and ‘Being Mr X’, a commission for ‘What Remains … Anatomy of an Artist’, a festival of new works for Siobhan Davies Dance/Independent Dance.
