Bethlem Gallery have commissioned artist Aleesha Nandhra to work on a series of new artworks for Acorn Lodge, a children’s ward at Bethlem Royal Hospital. The theme is woodland. 

 

Young people on the Southwark CAMHS Council have informed the designs so far, suggesting which animals they want to see and that the sun should be smiling.

 

Aleesha is adding colour and we would love to hear what you think. Please feel free to ask an adult to print out these sheets and colour in the drawings, and add any more detail. What do you think – Are these artworks what you’d like to see in a CAMHS building? What colours do you think they should be? How should the artwork make us feel?
