Making Space for Wellbeing

Making Space for Wellbeing

An exhibition at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital will run until September including work from Guys and St Thomas’ Charity, Bethlem Gallery, Museum of Life Sciences, The Gordon Museum, The Old Operating Theatre and the Science Gallery.

Research shows how being active, giving to others, connecting to people, taking notice of nature, caring about the planet and continuing to learn, can help us keep happy and well.

This collective exhibition responds to and explores the theme of wellbeing through selected artefacts and artworks.

Artworks on display explore a range of activities associated with wellness that include the body and our journey to achieving physical health, how we connect to others and our community around us alongside how we all ‘nest build’ and make a physical space of sanctuary.

We encourage you to start your wellbeing journey right now by pressing the ‘pause’ button and taking notice of this unique and eclectic exhibition.
